手部的薄层断面解剖与数字化手模型的构建

摘　　要：目的:建立手的数字化模型。方法:对新鲜成人手标本行冰冻薄层断面切片(0.2mm),并对薄层断面图像进行详细的解剖学观察,利用计算机对手部骨骼、指屈肌腱、掌部筋膜间隙以及手的外形进行三维重建。结果:建立了基于解剖结构的数字化手模型,并精确显示手部主要解剖结构。结论:数字化手模型为手部某些疾病的诊断和治疗提供了三维的形态学资料,也为虚拟现实技术提供了数字模型。Objective：To establish digitized model of hand. Methods：Serial thin cross-section slices （0.2 mm） of hand were made by cryomicrotome and section view was carefully studied. A computer-assisted 3-D model of bones, digital flexor tendons, metacarpal fascial spaces and outline of hand was re-established. Results ：The digitized hand model based on anatomical structures was established and the main anatomical structures were clearly displayed. Conclusion：The digitized hand model can provide a 3-D morphological data for diagnosis and treatment of some diseases of hand and digitized model for simulated reality technique.
