出血性眼病的多方位治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨从整体出发治疗眼底出血的方法。方法应用中西医结合(包括经络学及中药方面)、心理学及食疗等方法配合眼科专科治疗。结果25例病例中,显效21例,占84%;有效2例,无效2例,各占8%。结论对于难治的、较严重的眼底出血性疾病,从多方位角度的调节人的整体机能,从而改善全身特别是眼部微循环及神经细胞功能,有效阻止病变发展,改善视功能,提高视力,从而达到治疗眼部疾病的目的。Objective To investigate the treatment of ocular fundus hemorrhage as a whole. Methods The integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine （including meridian theory and traditional Chinese medicine） , psychology and dietotherapy are combined with special ophthalmic therapy. Results Among 25 cases, there are 21 cases with obvious effect, accounting for 84% ; 2 with generic effect and 2 with no effect, accounting for 8% respectively. Conclusion For the intractable and severe hemorrhagic ophthalmopathy, the regulation of organic functions from multiple aspects is helpful to the improvement of whole body, especially the ocular microcirculation and neuron function, and the improvement of visual function and vision, so that the ophthalmic disease will be cured.
