摘  要:选用合适组成及分子量的苯乙烯-异戍二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)三嵌段共聚物作成膜物质,添加某些辅助料,研制了一种热熔性可剥离材料.探讨了添加料超细二氧化硅、活性碳酸钙、流平剂的用量对所制可剥离材料性能的影响.研究结果表明,超细二氧化硅、活性碳酸钙、流平剂的添加量分别占物质总质量的13.0%、10.0%、1.0%时,该材料膜的抗张强度达7.5MPa,断裂伸长率为410%,剥离强度13kN·m-1,涂膜邵尔硬度21,同时其膜具有良好的耐热性,是一种用于钢材、铝材、玻璃等基材保护的性能较为理想的热熔性可剥离材料.A strippable material with thermoplasticity has been preparated by using styrene-isoprene-styrene block tercopolymer as materials for forming membrane in the presence of some supplementary materials. Effects of dosage of ultra fine silica, activated calcium carbonate and level and smooth agent on properties of the strippable material were discussed. The results show that the tensile strength, ultimate elongation, peeling strength and saul hardness of film of the strippable material is 7.5 MPa, 410%, 13 KN.m^-1 and 21, respectively. When charging mass ratio of ultra fine silica, activated calcium, level and smooth agent to all used material in the system is 13.0%, 10.0%, 1.0% respectively. And the film of the strippable material had optimum chemicai resistance and thermostability. And the strippable material could be applied to the surface of iron and steel, aluminium, glass etc. for temporary protection.
