摘　　要：基于对中国与西方历史环境保护现象的初步认识，从观念、制度和方法三个方面对中、西方的保护展开比较，期望以国际上先进的保护经验作为参照来认识自身的不足，以使我国的保护尽快与国际接轨。Based on rough understanding of the phenomena of both Chinese and western historic environmental protection, this paper tries to compare them in such aspects as idea, system and strategy. Through such comparison, the paper expects to use the advanced experience in the world as reference to further recognize the defects of Chinese protection, so as to make our protection connected with the world more quickly.
