摘　　要：针对新建地方本科院校教学质量保障体系不完善的现状,可以从强化教学质量意识、改革教学质量保障方法和建立全新的教学质量监控体系三个方面实行教学质量管理改革,以优化学校内部教学质量保障体系,形成稳定教学质量的长效机制,提高人才培养质量。According to the present situation of the imperfect teaching quality monitoring system, new - upgraded undergraduate colleges should reform on three aspects： strengthening teaching quality consciousness, reforming teaching quality monitoring methods and building new teaching quality monitoring systems. That can optimize the inner teaching quality guarding system so as to form a stable system for teaching quality and improve the quality of talents training.
