摘　　要：和谐人格是德性人格、心理人格和社会人格相互联系、相互影响、相互制约的有机统一体,是个体与他人、社会、自然和谐发展的一种人格。构建社会主义和谐社会的过程,实质上也就是塑造和谐人格的过程。健康的文化环境,为塑造和谐人格提供有利的条件;完善的社会主义社会运行体制,为塑造和谐人格提供有力的保障;强化思想道德教育的育人功能,为塑造和谐人格构建了精神基石。A harmonious personality is an organic entity in which a moral personality, a psychological personality and a social personality are interrelated, influencing each other and restricting each other. It is a kind of personality that an individual develops with the other people, with the society and with the nature. The process of constructing a harmonious socialist society is factually the process of molding a harmonious moral integrity. A healthy cultural environment should be created so as to provide an advantageous condition for an harmonious moral integrity while the socialist working system should be perfected so as to provide a forceful guarantee and the function of ideological and moral education should be enhanced so as to lay a spiritual comerstone for molding a harmonious moral integrity.
