摘　　要：多媒体技术应用于教学已经成为教育发展的必然趋势，多媒体教学手段的广泛应用同时也带给我们很多思考。本文对多媒体以及多媒体教学的含义进行了阐述，并在此基础之上针对多媒体教学的优势以及存在的问题，从教师和学生两方面进行分析，提出建议以求能够对教学实践有所裨益。The application of multi - media technology in teaching has already become the inexorable trend of education development. But the wide use of multi - media technology in teaching also brings us some problems. On illustrating the content and the meaning of teaching with multi - media, this paper analyzes the advantages and the existing problems of using it and proposes some suggestive ideas to help the actual teaching.
