摘　　要：本文介绍了国内外研究脂质体分离方法以及测定包封率的一些新发现和进展,同时介绍了如何对不同药物采用不同的分离方法以及测定包封率的方法,总结了这些方法的优缺点,以促进脂质体作为药物载体的开发和应用.In this article the domestic and intemational liposomes research concerning the separation methods and determination methods of the entrapment efficiency are reviewed. Based on the latest discoveries, this article summarized the advantages and disadvantages of these methods to different drugs, to promote the development and the application of the liposomes as drug carrier.
