摘  要:从广西大学食用菌废弃物土样中分离出7株絮凝剂产生菌,以发酵液对高岭土悬浮液絮凝效果为指标,衡量其絮凝活性及产絮凝剂能力,经过初筛与复筛,得到1株絮凝剂高产菌F00,初步确定属曲霉属(Aspergillus),对其产生絮凝剂的条件进行优化并对富营养化湖水进行絮凝实验。确定F00产生絮凝剂的最佳培养基及培养条件为:蔗糖100g,尿素1 g,MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g,KCl 0.15 g,KH2PO40.08 g,ZnSO4.7H2O 0.01 g,MnSO4.H2O 0.02 g,蒸馏水1000 mL,初始pH值6.5;最佳培养温度为30℃、通气量为80 r.min-1,F00发酵培养72 h絮凝率最大达到72%。用体积分数2%的F00发酵上清液处理富营养化湖水,10 min后,湖水的澄清度提高70%(OD653去除率达70%),固形物去除率达62%。7 Flocculant-producing strains were isolated from edible fungi waste of Guangxi University. Kaolinite suspension was flocculated by the culture broth, which was regarded as the index to determine flocculating activity and ability to produce flocculant. After screened and rescreened, a strain F00 ,with highest flocculating activity was picked up: It was identified as Aspergillus. The results indicated its optimum culture medium were sucrose 100 g,urea 1 g,MgSO4 ·7H2O 0.5 g,KCl 0.15 g,KH2PO4 0.08 g,ZnSO4·7H2O 0. 01 g,MnSO4·H2O 0.02 g,distilled water 1000 mL,initial pH value 6.5, and the optimum culture temperature and aeration was 80℃ and 80 r · min^-1 ,respectively. Cultured for 72 h,the flocculating rate reached the maximum of 72%. Treating nutrient-rich lake with 2 % (volume fraction) F00 's supernatant for 10 min, the removal rate of optical density (OD653) was 70% and that of suspended solids (SS) was 62%.
