摘  要:目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌p15基因5’CpG岛甲基化状态及其临床意义。方法应用甲基化特异性PCR方法检测45例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例正常膀胱组织中p15基因5’CpG岛甲基化程度,分析其甲基化程度与膀胱癌病理分级、分期间关系。结果膀胱移行细胞癌p15基因5’CpG岛甲基化阳性率为37.8%,而正常膀胱组织中未检测到p15基因5’CpG岛甲基化;p15基因甲基化与膀胱癌病理分级、分期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论p15基因在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的甲基化率较高,其异常高甲基化在膀胱癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用。Objective To evaluate methylation status of 5'CpG island of p15 gene and its clinical significance. Methods Methylation sta- tus of 5' CpG island of p15 gene was detected in 45 cases with bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) and 10 cases with normal urotheli- um by means of methylation-specific PCR,x2 test was used to assess the relationship between the degree of methylation with tumor grade and stage. Results The rate of methylation of p15 gene was detected 37.8% in the tumor tissues and naive in the normal urothelium. The differ- ence had statistical (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The rate of methylation of p15 gene is higher, the aberrant hypermethylation of 5' CpG island of p15 gene may play an important role in the occuruence and development of bladder cancer.
