摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌术后并发症的产生原因及预防措施。方法手术治疗乳腺癌424例,对手术并发症的产生原因进行回顾性分析,提出预防和处理方法。结果发生术后并发症28例。其中皮下积液13例,皮瓣坏死11例,患侧上肢水肿4例。结论术中仔细操作、术后精心护理、完善每一个细节,才能使术后并发症的发生率降到最低。Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of postoperative complications of breast cancer. Methods Analy- zing retrospectively the causes of postoperative complications of 424 cases with breast cancer by means of surgical treatment to raise the pre- vention and treatment methods. Results There were 28 cases with postoperative complications, 13 experiencing liquid under flap,11 suffer- ing from flap necrosis, and 4 occuring upper extremities bypokines among the total. Conclusion With careful operation, serious nursing and perfect details, the incidence of post-operative complications can be reduced to a minimum.
