摘　　要：目的探讨颊脂垫瓣修复磨牙后区肿瘤切除后黏膜组织缺损的效果。方法总结21例应用颊脂垫瓣对磨牙后区肿瘤切除术后黏膜组织缺损修复的临床资料,观察颊脂垫瓣的愈合过程及修复效果。结果19例颊脂垫瓣成活,其表面均与正常口腔黏膜相似,形态和功能基本正常。结论颊脂垫瓣为修复磨牙后区黏膜缺损提供了一种良好的修复手段,值得临床研究和应用。Objective To explore the repair results of pedicled buccal fat pad flap after resection of malignant oral tissue defect. Methods To summarize the clinical data of 21 cases with oral tumor tissue defects application with buccal fat pad to observe the healing process and the effect of repair. Results 19 cases of pedicled buceal fat pad had survived, and its surface was similar to those of normal oral mucosa, shape and function of normal. Conclusion The buccal fat pad flap for the repair of oral cancer defect provides a good means worthy to be popularized.
