摘　　要：目的通过对16例男性乳腺癌的SPECT全身骨扫描分析,了解骨转移病灶分布特点,分析其临床意义。方法给患者注射99mTc-MDP显像剂2～3h后,行全身SPECT骨扫描分析图像。结果男性乳腺癌患者大部分发生多发性骨转移。结论男性乳腺癌患者,易发生多发性骨转移,常规行SPECT全身骨扫描是必要的。Objective To analyze bone metastasis distribution of the 16 cases with male breast cancer by means of whole body bone SPECT scan and to analyze the clinical significance. Methods By injecting patients with 99Tc-MDP imaging agent, 2-3 hours later and making the whole body bone SPECT scan and analyzing the image. Results The majority of male breast cancer patients easily suffer from bone multiple metastases. Conclusion Male breast cancer patients easily suffer from＇bone multiple metastases, so the conventional SPECT whole body bone scan is necessary.
