摘 要:目的分析A型超声生物测量对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术中角膜和角膜瓣厚度的观测及实时测量的意义。方法行近视LASIK的患者55例,使用M2自动旋转式显微角膜刀制作角膜瓣,术前、术中用A超生物测量仪进行多点角膜厚度测量并记录推算角膜瓣厚度,将所得数据分组进行统计学分析。结果M2自动旋转式显微角膜刀实际制作出的角膜瓣厚度不均匀,角膜瓣实际厚度与理论厚度存在较大浮动范围,同一刀片2次切削所制成瓣的厚度有明显差异。结论A型超声生物测量可以为LASIK提供更多有效数据,提高LASIK术的预测性、安全性和稳定性。Objective To investigate the thickness of the cornea and the corneal flap in laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) measured by an ultrasound. Methods Fifty five (55) cases (110 eyes) of myopia received LASIK. Moria M2 microkeratome was used to make the corneal flaps. At location of these centers, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, and 12:00, the thickness of cornea and residual corneal substance were measured by an ultrasound before and after the surgery. The thickness of the corneal flap was calculated by subtracting the residual corneal stromol thickness from the thickness of cornea. Resealts The corneal flap thickness at different locations made by Moria M2 microkeratome was in equable; Actual thickness of corneal flap was different from expected value; There was obvious difference of thickness between two corneal flap made by same microkeratome. Conclusion An ultrasound could provide valuable data for LASIK and make the surgery more safe, stable and predictable.
