摘  要:目的通过对22例原发性食管小细胞癌的临床和病理特征、治疗及预后分析,探讨原发性食管小细胞癌的治疗模式。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对行食管癌根治手术的22例食管原发性小细胞癌进行临床总结归纳。结果免疫组化提示小细胞癌中16/22存在NSE和CK阳性,I期淋巴结转移50%,II期33%,III期80%。3年生存率23.52%。结论原发性食管小细胞癌符合起源于多潜能干细胞的理论。通过手术配合放化疗的综合治疗方案可以提高食管小细胞癌临床治疗效果。Objective Analyze surgical treatment and elinicopathologic observations of 22 primary esophageal small cell carcinoma and investigate treatment modality with literatures (documentation). Methods Data of 22 cases of PESC was analyzed retrospectively. Resealts The neuroendocrine markers NSE and CK were expressed in 16 of 22 patients. Lymph node metastasis ratio with stage one was 50%, stage two was 33% and stage three was 80%. The 3 year survival rates were 23.52%. Conclusion PESC origins from multipotent stem cell. Surgery is the primary treatment combined with chemotherapy and/or radio therapy may be helpful in PESC patients.
