精制冠心颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定精制冠心颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，甲醇-水（25：75）为流动相；检测波长为230nm，流速1．0ml／min。结果线性范围：1．036～10．360μg，相关系数为0．9998，平均回收率：99．42％，RSD为1．07％。结论：本法具有操作简便，分析准确快速，干扰小等优点。AIM： A HPLC method was established for the Determination Jingzhi Guanxin ranules by HPLC. METHODS： Paeoniflorin can be separated on symmetry shield column （C 18 5um 200 × 4.6mm） with a mixture of methanol and water （25： 75）. Dectected at 230nm, The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results： The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 1.036-10.360μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation was99.42% and 1.07% respectively .Conclusions： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
