摘　　要：金融危机下,大学本科毕业生就业困难问题凸显。课题组通过对天津市14所高校本科毕业生进行问卷调查发现,金融危机发生后,毕业生积极调整了毕业规划,下调了就业预期,其心态仍保持平和。"二本就业困境"等问题需要特别关注。为缓解当前就业压力,实施促进毕业生就业的对策刻不容缓。Under the financial crisis, the employment problems of undergraduates are attracting people＇s eyes to a big extent. By investigation of 14 universities, the research group found that al- though the financial crisis happened, undergraduates adjusted their graduation plans, cut down their expectations of employment, and maintained the positive attitudes.“The employment difficulty of general colleges”should be specially paid attention to. In order to release the pressure of employment, it is very important to put forward the policies of employment for graduates.
