摘　　要：目的对176例Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术,分析影响美容效果的因素。方法回顾性研究11年来我院保乳手术患者的临床资料,对肿瘤位置、切口、切除范围、术中即刻自体整形与术后乳房美容效果进行分析。结果170例患者得到随访,时间3-60个月,采用Harrrs四等分类法为美容评定标准,符合优良标准155例,占91.2%;一般10例,占5.9%;差5例,占2.9%。结论确保切缘阴性的前提下,不必过大范围切除腺体,术中即刻做自体整形,美容效果满意。Objective To analyze the factors influencing cosmetic results of breast-conserving surgery in 176 cases with stage I -II breast cancer. Methods Data of breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer in past eleven years were studied retrospectively. The cosmetic results by location of the cancer, incision, resected area and plastic surgery were analyzed. Results 170 eases were followed up, the following-up time was 3-60 months. Harrrs cosmetic evaluation standard was used. The breast was scored cosmetically as excellent and good in 155 cases, accounting for 91.2%. Conclusion The cancer negative incision margin is very important and wide resection for tumor is not useful to cosmetic results. Plastic surgery during operation is necessary.
