摘 要:以天然多羟基淀粉和预先中和的水溶性单体丙烯酸为原料,采用γ射线辐射引发接枝共聚,制备高吸水性树脂,得到了吸蒸馏水为2300倍,吸0.9%NaCl为140倍的高吸水性树脂,在此基础上,用红外光谱、扫描电镜等分析手段对树脂结构进行了表征。The high waterabsorbing resin has come into wide use in medical and health, chemical industry, agriculture, architecture, gardens, and so on. As irradiation method is better uncomplicated and cheaper than chemical, the high waterabsorbing resin, prepared by γray irradiation graft copolymerization, partially hydrolyzed acrylic acid monomer and natural polyhydroxy polymers such as starch were used as raw materials. The absorption of the resin is 2300 g/g and 140 g/g in case of distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solution, respectively. By the used of elemental analysis. IR spectrum and SEM, the structure and properties of the high waterabsorbing resin have been studied. The results indicate that there are the various size of cavities and random crosslinking in the state of aggragation, and the molecular chains include COONa and COOH groups. The structure characterization is associated with the absorption of the resin.
