摘　　要：在现有理论和实验基础上,以BP897和SB277011为代表,对D3受体部分激动剂和拮抗剂在治疗药物成瘾方面的作用进行对比分析,并列举最新D3R拮抗剂在治疗药物成瘾动物实验中的作用,说明D3R拮抗剂在治疗药物成瘾方面,相较于部分激动剂而言更具潜力。This paper compares and analyzes the action of BP897 and SB277011, deputy of the D3R partial agonists and antagonists respectively, in the treatment of drug addiction based on the present theories and experiments. It also indicates that the D3 R antagonists are more potential than partial agonists considering their functions by illustrating the latest D3R antagonists in the preclinical experiments aimed to control drug addiction.
