摘　　要：介绍了消防中介机构的现状、运作模式以及运行中存在的问题,深刻剖析了问题产生的原因,从而提出适合我国国情的消防中介机构运作模式,指出下一步发展消防中介机构应注意的几个环节。The paper introduces the current development of fire service organizations, its operation model and the problems in the operation. It offers a profound analysis of the causes of the problems, and puts forward the operation model of fire service organizations that fits for the situation of China. It points out, in the end, the procedures that are worth focusing on for further development of fire service intermediary agencies.
