摘 要:以氨水和硝酸铈为反应原料,采用沉淀滴定法制备了纳米CeO2粉体,通过XRD、SEM、TEM等手段对其进行了结构表征和形貌分析;考察了不同溶剂、煅烧温度等对其颗粒尺寸的影响;应用荧光光谱法测试了其发光光谱,首次探讨了纳米CeO2粉体的发光性能。结果表明,前驱体经过300~700℃煅烧后可以得到颗粒尺寸为4~30 nm的立方萤石结构CeO2晶体,其形貌接近于球形。在无水乙醇溶剂中得到的纳米CeO2颗粒分散较好,其颗粒尺寸随煅烧温度的升高而增大。纳米CeO2粉体具有良好的蓝光发光性能,在276 nm的激发波长作用下,其发射光谱的最大峰值为473 nm。The nano-CeO2 was prepared by precipitation titration from ammonium hydroxide and cerium nitrate in ethanol. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were utilized to characterize the morphology and structure of the sample. The effects of different solvent and calcinations temperature on the particle size of nano-CeO2 were studied. The photoluminescence properties of nano-CeO2 were investigated for the first time with the emission spectra tested by fluorescence spectrometer, The results showed that the cubic phase of ceria with a fluorite structure was obtained when the precursor was treated at the calcinations temperature ranges from 300 % to 700 ℃. The size of prepared particles varies from 4 nm to 30 nm. The morphology of the sample is nearly spherical. The prepared nano-CeO2 is dispersed well when ethanol is used as solvent, and its size becomes larger with the increase of calcinations temperature. The nano-CeO2 has good blue emission properties and the maximal peak of emission spectra is 473 nm when the excitation wavelength is set at 276 nm.
