摘　　要：目的探讨异体巩膜植入联合“Z”形皮瓣治疗陈旧性外伤性下睑退缩的临床疗效。方法伤后5—14个月用异体巩膜植入联合“Z”形皮瓣治疗12例（12眼）陈旧性外伤性下睑退缩，术后自静脉及滴眼途径给予抗感染抗炎治疗。结果术后随访8—12个月，9眼单次手术后获得良好的外观和功能恢复，1眼经2次手术后获得满意的外观和功能，另2眼（16．67％）单次手术后效果不佳但未再手术治疗。结论异体巩膜植入联合“Z”形皮瓣是治疗陈旧性外伤性下睑退缩的一种有效方法。Objective To assess the clinical effect of implan- tation of preserved sclera combined with Z-PLASTY in traumatic eyelid retraction. Methods Twelve cases of eyes with traumatic eyelid retraction had been treated with implantation of preserved sclera combined with Z-PLASTY, all cases in this study received intravenous and topical medications antibiotics. Results All patients were followed up 8 to 12 months. 9 were male （75%） and 3 were female （25%） among the 12 patients. The average age of the patients was （22.25 ±11.80） years and in the age between 11 to 52. The time from the development of the first surgery was 5-14 months. Nature looking appearance and nature function were found in 9 cases（75 % ）, 1 cases（8.33 % ） received the same result after the second surgery and 2 cases had poor result. Conclusion Implantation of preserved sclera combined with Z-PLASTY is an elfective method on the surgical treatment of traumatic eyelid retraction.
