摘  要:重载高速电气化铁路区段由于牵引电流大和钢轨对地漏泄电阻高,导致的钢轨电位偏高对人身和设备安全造成威胁。本文阐述了钢轨电位的产生机理,分析了其基本特性,并用实测波形和仿真数据验证了钢轨电位偏高情况频繁发生。提出了研究钢轨电位监测系统的必要性,从监测系统中的采集系统、GPS授时同步系统、抗干扰技术进行了详细分析,最后从技术可行性和经济可行性上分析得到,建立高速重载电气化铁路钢轨电位监测系统可行。As a result of great traction current and rail-ground leakage resistance in the section of high speed and heavy load electric railway, the higher rail potential can have dangerous effect to persons and equipments. The paper firstly explains the mechanism of the rail potential, analyzes the basic characteristic and proves that the higher rail potential is in high frequency through the actual wave and emulational data. It educes that researching the rail potential measurement system is necessary. Then the collection system, GPS synchronization system, anti-jamming technology are analyzed in detail. Eventually through the analysis of technical and economical feasibility, establishing the rail potential measurement system in high speed and heavy load electric railway is feasible.
