适应松杉木屑栽培香菇新菌株宁香8号菌丝拮抗性测定

摘　　要：选用L系列、F系列10个有代表性的香菇菌株,进行对适应松杉木屑栽培香菇新菌株宁香8号的拮抗性测定,试验结果表明:宁香8号与L系列和F系列菌株之间有极明显的拮抗作用;L系列菌株间存在的拮抗线比较明显或明显,F系列菌株间存在的拮抗线比较明显,L系列同F系列间存在明显的拮抗线,表明宁香8号与L系列、F系列10个菌株无亲缘关系,属于不同类菌株。Using 10 representative strains in series L and series F of Lentinula edodes as the tested materials, the antagonism of Lentinula edodes new strain Ningxiang No. 8 which was suitable for cultivation on pine and fir sawdust was determined. The results indicated that there was very significant antagonism between Ningxiang No. 8 and the tested strains in series L and series F; there was significant antagonism among the strains in both series L and series F or between series L and series F. So there is no affinity between Ningxiang No. 8 and strains in series L and series F, they belong to different kinds of strains in Lentinula edodes.
