摘 要:对车用YJP-Q系列喷射式液体燃油加热器所用供油系统进行了台架摸底试验。分析了油泵转速特性;油压特性;喷油嘴特性;油泵供、回油管长度、内径的影响;油泵距油面高度及燃油滤清器的影响。试验发现:油管过长,内径过细,会使油泵流量和容积效率下降,并使泵前真空和噪声大大上升;所用滤清器有效过滤面积偏小,原始阻力约为行业标准的2.5倍,从而导致油泵进油口真空升高,使噪音加剧。An analogue experimental research is carried out on the platform to the oil supply system of YJP- Q series vehicle injection heater for liquid fuel. This paper analyzes these characteristics including speed and oil pressure of oil pump and oil injector, effects that is resulted in length and interior diameter both of the oil supply and return pipes and fuel filter as well as the oil pump location relative to oil surface. The experimental results show that flow and volumetric efficiency of oil pump drops and its noise rises when oil pipe is excessive long with small interior diameter. In case of the effective filtering area in the fuel filter is extremely small, the original resistance value rises two and a half times than that determined in the industrial standards, as correspondence, vacuum pressure in the pump rises resulting in much noise.
