摘　　要：分析了列阵器件探测的傅氏光谱仪干涉系统的基本要求，分析了几种已被采用的干涉系统的特点，介绍了两种提高分辨力的方法，指出了几个应注意的问题，为合理地选用各种干涉系统提供了依据。In this paper, various types of interferometer system employed for Fouriertransform spectrometer with array detector are described, analyzed and compared in structure and performance Methods for resolution enhancement are also introduced. At the sametime, some important experimental factor are pointed out. It aids selecting required interferometer system.
