摘　　要：建筑的表层结构表现为建筑形式,深层结构则是形式所含有的信息。建筑的延续和发展,其实质是建筑所包含的信息的传递与进化。知识信息是人类智慧的结晶,是建筑创作的主要素材和原料,是传统与现代间沟通的桥梁。本文以民居为例来阐明上述观点,并探讨其对当代建筑创作的启示意义。Revealing the form of building construction, we can find the core is the information contained in forms. Therefore, the essence of the continuity and development of the building is transmission and evolution of the information that the building includes. As a bridge between tradition and modernity, knowledge and information are the main materials and stuff for architectural creation as well as the crystallization of human intelligence. Taking vemacular dwelling for example, this paper clarifies the above point of view and analyzes the meaning for contemporary architectural design.
