摘　　要：伴随着高等教育的大发展,人才市场竞争日趋激烈。高等职业教育毕业生面临的就业环境和就业形势,对其自身就业既有有利的方面也有不利的方面。正确分析之对于高职生了解就业市场就业政策,了解自身优劣势,科学就业有着一定的指导意义。Follows higher education＇s big development, the human resources pool competition is being day by day intense. The higher vocational education graduate faces the employment environment and the employment situation, already has the advantageous aspect to its own employment also to have the disadvantageous aspect. The correct analysis lives the understanding employment market employment policy regarding the quality, understood that own superior inferiority, the science employment has certain guiding sense.
