摘  要:为解决当前制备生物柴油时大量废酸、废碱液的排放,提高反应酯转化率,以固载磷钨酸为催化剂,以大豆油与甲醇为原料制备生物柴油.考察了醇与油的物质的量比、催化剂质量分数、反应时间、反应温度等对酯转化率的影响,得出反应最佳操作条件为:n(醇)∶n(油)为6∶1,催化剂质量分数为原料油的4%,反应时间为2 h,反应温度为50℃.在此条件下,反应酯转化率可达94.5%,并且催化剂可以重复使用.In order to reduce the emissions of waste liquid and enhances the rate of esterification, the catalyst of supported phosphato-tungstic heteropoly acid was used during the preparation of bio-diesel by soybean oil and methanol. The paper studied the effect of the methanol/oil mole ratio, the catalyst dosage, the reaction time and temperature. The results indicated that the optimal condition were as follows: the methanol/oil mole ratio is 6∶1, the catalyst dosage is 4%, the reaction time is 2 h, the reaction temperature is 50 ℃. The esterification rate is 94.5%. the catalyst may be reused.
