摘　　要：在分析创新创业教育内涵本质的基础上,剖析了高等体育院校建立创新创业教育行为评价体系的重要意义,根据科学性、导向性、激励性、操作性与动态性原则,设计构建了由学校层面、管理层面、教学层面、教师层面、学生层面五个方面组成的创新创业教育评价指标体系,以期为体育院校开展创新创业教育提供目标导向依据,推动创新创业教育健康、有序的发展,以及实现教育工作的有效评鉴和判断,提高教育教学质量,为社会培养输送高素质、高技能的创业型体育人才。This paper explored the significance of setting up the innovation and start -up education assessment system based on the analysis of its connotation. The establishment of the system following scientificity, guidance, stimulation, feasibility and dynamic performance was composed of five aspects from the school level, management level, teaching level, teacher level, student level. The aim was to offer guidance for developing the innovation and start - up education in a healthy and orderly way, thus efficiently assessing the education, to meet the aims to improve teaching quality and cultivate creative sport talents with high quality and adept skills.
