摘 要:目的比较两种表面改性方法(磁控溅射和多弧离子镀)制备的氮化钛涂层对纯钛表面粘性放线菌黏附能力的影响。方法将相同规格的纯钛试件72片随机分为抛光对照组、磁控溅射TiN涂层组、及多弧离子镀TiN涂层组三组各24片,在其表面黏附粘性放线菌,用菌落形成单位计数法统计分析各组的细菌黏附量。结果多弧离子镀TiN涂层组,磁控溅射TiN涂层组均与对照组粘性放线菌黏附量之间的差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),两种方法涂层后,纯钛表面粘性放线菌黏附量明显减少,而这两种表面改性组之间粘性放线菌黏附差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磁控溅射和多弧离子镀两种改性方法形成的纯钛表面氮化钛层减少了粘性放线菌在其表面的黏附,且这两种改性方法之间对粘性放线菌黏附的影响无差异。Objective To compare the effect of titanium nitride (TiN) coated by two surface modifications ( magnetron sputtering and multi-arc ion plating) on Actinomyces viscous adhesion to pure titanium. Methods Seventy-two pure titanium specimens were divided into 3 groups randomly. In TA group the specimens were remained polished feuse titanium as control. The other two groups were modified by magnetron sputtering technique with titanium nitride (TiN-MS) and multi-arc ion plating technique with titanium nitride (TiN-MAIP). Each group had 24 cases. Actinomyces viscous were adhered to the surface of specimens in all three groups. The number of attached bacterial on the surface of the specimens was assayed by means of clone forming unit (CFU) method. Results Compared with TA group, the number of Actinomyces viscous attached on the surface of specimens in TiN-MS group and TiN-MAIP group reduced significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ), whereas no statistical significance was found between these two surface modification. Conclusion Two surface modifications of titanium can reduce the adhesion of Actinomyces viscous. The effect on Actinomyces viscous adhesion of shows no significant difference between two surface modifications.
