摘 要:利用超磁致伸缩材料的伸缩特性,并结合谐波传动原理设计出了一种新型的电磁传动装置。首先,通过分析其工作原理,初步设计出了该传动装置的基本结构及其基本组成部件超磁致伸缩驱动器,并对所设计的驱动器进行了分析实验,效果显著。然后根据所设计的由四相超磁致伸缩驱动器构成的超磁致伸缩波发生器,提出了相应的控制方案,简要叙述了该传动实现调速、换向、精确定位等各项功能的控制系统软件设计方案。为此新型传动装置的成功研制奠定基础。Based on harmonic drive principle and the characteristics of giant magnetostfictive material, a new type of electromagnetic drive device was designed. Firstly, through the analysis of the working principle, the basic structure of the drive device and the basic component, giant magnetostrictive driver were initially designed, and analysis and test were performed on the driver. Then, according to giant magnetostrictive wave generator composed by four-phase giant magnetostrictive driver, a corresponding control program was presented. The architecture and block diagram of the control system software for the functions of speed adjusunent, reversing and exact location otc. were also described. This work lays the foundation for the successful development of the new drive device.
