摘  要:为解决自由曲线(面)数控加工刀具轨迹规划问题,采用B3样条进行轨迹规划.为了解决刀尖与刀心的误差补偿问题,采用等距曲线,推导等距B3样条插值算法.运用该方法加工出来的凸轮精度高,光滑性好.实例说明B3样条曲线同样能达到自由曲线(面)数控加工中要求的精度及光滑性,且计算量小.It is an integrant problem to settle what generates NC maching tool track of free curve. NURBS curve is usually used, but it is complicate to form and has big count. B3 curve has highly characterized, relatively small size, simple count, and it is easy to be controlled In this paper B3 curve is used to generate track, and offset curve is used to settle the error compensation problem between the tool nose and cutter center, and the interpolation algorithm of offset B3 spline is given, Experimental results indicated that the machining accuracy is high and count amount is small.
