摘　　要：艺术专业学生与其他专业学生相比,个性比较鲜明,通过对这些特点分析,提出新时期艺术专业学生的教育管理对策。The particularity and complexity of education and management of students of arts are determined by the particular requirements of this major. Compared with students of the other majors, students of arts have sharp-cut personality. Analyzing these characteristics, the author put forward countermeasures of education and management of students of arts in the new era.
