论地方院校求势发展的基本路径

摘　　要："善战者,求之于势"。地方本科院校为了在高等教育竞争环境中求生存,图发展,必须学会"求势"。本文认为地方本科院校的求势发展,应当采取的基本路径是:安居其位,求生态发展之势;经世致用,求应用特色之势;走进中心,求服务社会之势。＂A person who is skillful in battle, seeking for the potential＂. The local undergraduate college must learn how to seek for the potential in order to strive for survival and intend to develop. This paper points that the local undergraduate college seeking for the potential should take some basic ways： the first is to live in its position which belongs to the potential of seeking for the ecological development;the second is to utilize its experience presently which belongs to the potential of seeking for the specific utilization;the third is to enter into the center which belongs to the potential of seeking for the service in the society.
