高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设的思考

摘　　要：学科馆员制度是国际上图书馆界先进的办馆理念和全新的服务模式,是图书馆为了开展深层次的主动信息服务而采取的最新服务措施。目前图书馆学科馆员素质不高,管理和考评体系不健全,服务模式单一。建立学科馆员的选拔和培训机制、管理机制、评价机制和服务机制是克服相关问题的重要途径。Subject librarian system is international advanced library - running concept and new service model. It is adopted by library to carry out initiative and deep information services. At present, there are some problems in subject librarian system such as low comprehensive quality, defaulted management and evaluation system and the single service model. Establishing selection and training mechanism, management and evaluation mechanism and new service mechanism are important to overcome relevant problems.
