摘　　要：在当代审美文化以及大教育的背景下,探讨加强审美教育的重要性,显得十分必要。审美教育作为一种大教育,其在育人方面,特别是对大学生价值观念的塑造、人格境界的提高、精神个性的发展、趣味格调的陶养有着重要作用,对高校辅导员工作有着良好的促进作用。本文将以此为据点,探讨加强审美教育对辅导员工作的重要意义,希望对高校辅导员队伍建设有所裨益。Under the contemporary aesthetic culture and the great education background, discussion the importance of the aesthetic edu- cation. Aesthetic Education as a great education, playing an very important role in educating people, especially in shaping values for college students,improving their human realm,developing their spirit of the character and moulding their interesting style, which often are not know by the college teachers, Especially the counselors. This paper focus on the importance Significance to the work of counsel- ors in strengthening the Aesthetic Education, hope to benefit college teachers.
