米氮平与多虑平治疗老年期抑郁症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的：比较米氮平与多虑平治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法：将60例老年期抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别予以米氮平与多虑平治疗,疗程8周。于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6、8周末用Ham ilton抑郁量表（HAMD）和不良反应量表（TESS）进行评定,比较两者疗效及药物不良反应。结果：两者抗抑郁效果相当,米氮平药物不良反应少而轻。结论：米氮平是治疗老年抑郁症的安全有效药物。Objective：To compare efficacy and side effects between Mirtazapine and Doxpine in the treatment of the senile depressant patients. Methods ：60 senile outpatients and inpatients with a diagnosis of depression were randomly assigned into two groups One group was treated with Mirtazapine and another group was treated with Doxpine for 8 weeks. The effects and side reactions were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） before and after the treatment. Resuits： Regarding the mean value of Hamilton, there was no significant difference between two groups. But the side effects of Mirtazapine were less than Doxpine. Conclusions： Mirtazapine is an effective and safe antidepressant drug in treating senile depressant patient.
