摘　　要：高学历人才进入辅导员队伍是对高校学生工作队伍的有益补充,对提高大学生思想政治工作的质量和效果具有重要意义。高校要努力把高学历辅导员队伍建成学习型组织,建立队伍专业化建设的长效机制,激励他们进行科研创新,并做好其职业生涯管理,提高其工作积极性。The entrance of well-educated talent into the ranks of political and ideological assistants in university is a useful supplement for university studenta＇work force, and of great significance to the improvement of work quality and effect. University should make an effort to build a learning organization for the ranks of assistants, establish long-term mechanism, stimulate their creation in scientific research and do well in career administration to promote their work initiative.
