摘　　要：宿舍文化作为校园文化的重要组成部分,在促进大学生社会化过程中,具有思想政治教育、正面引导、学习交流、自我教育、陶冶情操等功能。当前高校应从思想上高度重视、注意价值引导、建立健全规章制度、抓好宿舍文明创建、提高文化活动品位、发挥学生骨干作用、配好宿舍管理队伍等七个方面加强宿舍文化建设,促进大学生社会化。Dorm culture is an important part in campus culture, in the process of university students＇ socialization, which plays the role in ideological and political education, positive guidance, exchange, self education, molding their temperament, etc. At present, university should attach importance to the guidance of it, establish and perfect regulations and systems, stress the dorm civil construction, promote cultural activity quality, give full play to students＇ cadres and construct the administational ranks to improve university students＇ socialization.
