摘  要:目的探讨辅酶Q10(coenzyme Q10,CoQ10)对帕金森病大鼠黑质细胞损伤的保护作用。方法以立体定向技术,向大鼠一侧纹状体内定向注射6-OHDA,建立早期帕金森病的大鼠模型。对照组只建立模型,不给CoQ10,研究组术前一周开始预服CoQ10,连用5周,手术4周后采用Nissl染色和TUNEL法观察黑质病理变化。结果研究组黑质凋亡细胞数(31.75±2.99)与对照组(43.50±6.56)比较明显减少(P<0.05),Nissl染色结构得到改善。结论CoQ10能有效防止帕金森病大鼠黑质细胞损伤。Objective To study the effects of CoQ10 on preventing the substantia nigra in Parkinson's Disease (PD) from being injured. Methods Using methods of TUNEL, nissl stains and observation of circling behavior, to observe the circling behavior and the pathological changes in substantia nigra in rats with PD in treating group compared with control group. Results Compared with PD group, the number of cell of substantia nigra with apoptosis and the recording of circling in CoQao Group are redued, and the structure with nissl stains are improved too. Condusions CoQ10 can prevent the substantia nigra in PD from being injured effectively.
