摘　　要：分析了镀锌板生产过程中暴露的线状凸起缺陷,在冷轧和镀锌工序进行了缺陷跟踪对比试验,确定了热轧钢带纵裂、冷轧及镀锌工序产生的划伤是主要影响因素,并且制定了改善措施,最终使镀锌板线状凸起缺陷得到了有效控制。The line -shaped bosses on the surface of zinc plate in production process are analyzed, the tracing contrast test done in cold - rolling and zinc - plating stage. It is concluded that the main factors are longitudinal cracks of hot - rolled strip, scratches brought about in cold - rolling and zinc - plating. Some measures were worked out. The defects were under controlled.
