摘  要:高性能微波通信系统对滤波器的性能要求越来越高。特别是在中频输出电路或脉冲调制系统中,为保证信号波形无畸变的输出,高矩形系数、带内平坦、平延时的滤波器受到相当重视。传统的滤波器不能满足要求,介绍了一种新型中频带通滤波器的设计,椭圆滤波电路级联时延均衡网络集成一体来实现滤波性能,具有高矩形、平延时的特点。可根据具体要求灵活设计均衡电路结构及节数,以补偿高矩形系数滤波电路的陡峭时延,工程实用化强,便于调试和制作,应用于幅度相位要求高的微波系统中,将极大地提高系统指标。High performance microwave communication system requires higher performance filter, especially in intermediate frequency output electric circuit or pulse modulation system. To make sure no mutation of output signal wave form, filer with high rectangle coefficient, fiat passband and fiat group delay is needed in these systems. But the traditional filter can't satisfy these requests. This paper mainly focuses on describing an design of a new intermediate frequency band-pass filter. Using an ellipse function in series with a group delay equalizer network, the filter can be realized with high rectangle coefficient and fiat group delay characteristic. The circuit structure and section can be designed flexibly according to concrete request. It can compensate abrupt delay characteristic of filter circuit with rectangular coefficient. This design method has excellence of good practicability, and the filter can be made and debugged conveniently. It can be used in microwave system of high amplitude and phase require, this makes system specification improved greatly.
