摘　　要：在现有2G和3G的基础上,3GPP推出了演进的分组系统EPS。在EPS网络建网初期,如果运营商已经有成熟的GERAN/UTRAN网络,出于对CS投资保护和LTE/EPC部署策略,运营商可以采用原有的CS域语音方案来提供语音服务。本文对CSFallback技术进行了分析,并对CSFallback业务的发展给出了建议。In the 21^st century, because of the driving of service development and users＇ requirement, mobile communication system has a farther developing. On the basis of 2G and 3G, 3GPP introduces Evolved Packet System （EPS）. In the early stage of EPS network, if the operators have the perfect GERAN/UTRAN networks, for the protection of CS investment and the deployment policy of LTE/EPC, the operators can use their CS domain to provide voice service. This paper mainly studies the CS Fallback technology, and gives some advice for the CS Fallback service＇s development.
