摘　　要：目的探讨点扩散函数(point spread function,PSF)在近视患者中的表现特征,以及PSF与屈光度的相关性。方法选取2008年3月至7月来广西视光中心就诊的105例近视患者,屈光度-0.50～-10.50DS(等效球镜度数)。采用美国VISX公司生产的WaveScan波前像差仪对所有患者进行波前像差检测,收集每例患者右眼的PSF数据。将近视患者按低度、中度、高度近视分为3组,每组均为35例。使用SPSS13.0统计软件采用One-way ANOVA单因素方差分析,比较3组间PSF的差异;Pearson相关分析探讨PSF与屈光度的相关性。结果低度、中度、高度近视的屈光度分别为(-1.94±0.75)DS、(-3.99±0.82)DS、(-7.16±1.21)DS,PSF值分别为(2.49±0.71)′、(4.38±0.71)′、(6.98±1.02)′,3组之间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。105例近视患者右眼的PSF均值(4.62±2.02)′与屈光度均值(-4.36±2.35)DS之间存在高度正相关性(r=0.974,P=0.000)。结论不同近视患者之间PSF不同,近视患者的PSF与其近视程度呈高度正相关。Objective To investigate the characteristics of point spread functions （PSF） in myopic eyes, and the correlation between PSF and diopter. Methods One hundred and five myopic patients ranged from March 2008 to July 2008 were selected from the Department of Vision Science and Optometry Center in Guangxi. The diopter was ranged from -0. 50 DS to - 10.50 DS （spherical equivalent）. WaveScan （VISX. Corp. Made in USA） was applied to capture wave-front aberration image of all myopic right eyes, and PSF values were collected. The subjects were divided into three groups by degree of low ,middle and high myopia,35 cases in each group. One-way ANOVA was used to analyze and compare the differences of PSF among the groups. And correlation between PSF and diopter was also analyzed by pearson correlation analysis. Results Diopter in low,middle and high myopic groups were （ - 1.94 ± 0.75 ） DS, （ - 3.99 ± 0. 82） DS and （ -7.15 ±1. 21 ）DS, respectively. PSF were （2.49 ± 0.71 ）arc min, （4.38 ± 0.71 ） arc min and （5. 98 ± 1.02）arc rain,respectively. Both diopter and PSF showed significant differences between each two groups（ all P 〈0.01 ）. About right eyes of 105 myopic patients, there was highly positive correlation between mean PSF value （4.52 ± 2.02） D and mean diopter （ -4.35 ±2. 35）DS（r =0. 974,P =0. 000）.Conclusion PSF is different from each other in myopic eyes,and highly correlates with diopter in myopic eyes.
