摘　　要：目的探讨静脉留置针软管在外伤性泪小管断裂吻合术中应用的临床效果。方法16例(16眼)患者外伤性下泪小管断裂吻合术中用静脉留置针软管作为支撑物,置管保留3个月后拔出,拔管后随访6～12个月。结果15例(93.75%)患者无溢泪,泪道冲洗通畅,下泪小点无损伤。1例(6.25%)患者于术后2周,误将置管拔出仍有溢泪。结论外伤性下泪小管断裂吻合术中用静脉留置针软管作为支撑物疗效满意。Objective To study the clinical effects of kept needle in vein on traumatic canaliculus lacrimalis lacera-stomia. Methods The flexible tube of kept needle in vein was used as a support in one stage of traumatic canaUculus lacrimalis lacera-stomia on 16 patients（ 16 eyes） ,the flexible tube was pulled out after 3 months. The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 12 months. Results Dacryorrhea was not found in 15 patients（93.75%） ,their tear ducts were washed clearly and no damage was found at suplacrimal points. There was one patient （ 6.25% ） with dacryorrhea after flexible tube pulled out two weeks later. Conclusion The clinical effect is satisfactory of using flexible tube of kept needle in vein as a support in traumatic canaliculus lacrimalis lacera-stomia.
