摘　　要：E2PROM是较常用的存储器件。但在特殊的场合,其可靠性或其使用寿命对系统的正常运行有很大影响。为此介绍了I2C总线及E2PROM的工作原理,提出了一种具有较高可靠性的E2PROM控制器的设计方法,并在FPGA中用VHDL进行了实现。经过功能仿真和在项目中的应用,证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。对以其他方法的E2PROM应用同样具有参考价值。E2PROM is a kind of widely used storage device. In specific application field, its dependability and durability are vital to its system. The working principle of I2C bus and E2PROM is introduced. A dependable design method of E2PROM controller is put forward and implemented with VHDL based on FPGA. Through functional simulation and application in project, this method is proved to be proper and feasible. It also may be useful to other application of E2PROM.
