摘　　要：对于大学校长,魅力是领导力的一部分。魅力大学校长的行为特征表现为:把握大学使命,维护大学尊严;遵循大学办学规律,有创新的大学理念,办富有理想的特色大学;营造自由民主的大学发展氛围等三个方面。如何使大学富有魅力?作为政府,应改革校长管理体制;作为大学校长,应勇于推动大学发展变革以及努力加强与师生沟通交流。University presidents＇ power of influence, part of leadership ability, is of great value to the progress of higher education. The power is embodied in a president＇s college orientation and dignity defense, innovative concepts of sustainable college development, and democratic and open-minded atmosphere in management. The essay suggests that an influential presidency be enhanced through the reform of governmental management system, and through a president＇s aspiration to innovate and interact with teachers and students.
