摘　　要：介绍了网上信息资源的特点,从馆藏资源不足、信息需求量大、知识更新快以及阅读习惯和阅读方式的改变等方面谈了开发网上信息资源的必要性和可能性,阐述了开发网上资源应遵循的原则,提出了图书馆开发提供网上信息资源的具体方法。This paper introduces the features of the network information resources, discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing the network resources from aspects of the insufficient collection resources, large information demands, fast knowledge updating, and the changes of the reading habit and reading mode, etc., expounds the principles that should be followed in developing the network resources, and puts forward some concrete methods for the library to develop and provide the network information resources.
